In the event of receiving a damaged or defective product. HolySheets will replace or resolve sheet or pillow issues up to one year from the time of purchase. HolySheets determines in its reasonable discretion that the products have been damaged, abused, or neglected; it shall be reasonable without limitation to make such determination if the following are present: stains, odors, unsanitary conditions, footprints, burns, cuts, tears, insect damage or other infestation, damage from liquids or gels or body fluids or other fluids, or damage from weather or sun exposure.
Important notes and warranty information: HolySheets provide the buyers of our product (“you the original purchaser”) with a 10 year warranty against defects for both the mattress and adjustable base. The 10 year period begins on the date of your purchase. Proof of original purchase is required in order to be eligible to make a valid claim under this warranty. In the event of a defect, we will repair the defect or replace with a current or comparable model and size of bed. Note that all shipping costs on warranties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
